Is the 180 eld dead?

I'm down to my last few hundred. Haven't seen them for sale in more than a year. Maybe two. Anyone see any floating around recently or heard rumors of their discontinuation?

I’m assuming 308 caliber. I don’t see 180 eld-anything on Hornady’s site. They’ve got 178s, but not 180s. I’d say RIP 180 ELD. I never really knew you.

I have been on the lookout and have only seen them pop up once in three years since the pandemic started. Midway had them in August and they sold out fast. I expect everything 7mm is going to continue to be on the back burner until Hornady catches up on .223, 6.5, and .308.

I bet you are right on fulfilling the other calibers first. 7mm hasn't been the cat's meow in the USA. It's hard to beat the 6.5s but the 7s do it!

Hornady may be hording the 180s for themselves for the Hornady match 7 PRC ammunition that’s about to drop.
