Rifle Scopes Is there a Bushnell Tactical Rep. among us?

Have a 2011 Elite Tactical 4500 Mil/Mil FFP and woumd like to get rid of the Mil dot reticle and go to one of their new types of Mil reticles.

Anyone know who I can speak to? I already called customer service and the lady said they don't do "custom" work. I thought maybe I just need to speak to the right person so I'm not giving up yet.

I emailed them and was told the same thing. Quote: "Sorry, we do not do aftermarket modifications to our scopes." You may have to sell the scope and buy a replacement. Interested to see if you find a way to get them to do it.

i asked this at the outlet store in kansas city. they dont do that type of thing. you are going to have to sell and re-buy it.

Damnit! That's the story from every source. That's BS! Vortex will retrofit a Razor with 10 Mil per rev turrets, Leupold will change reticles. Bushnell has made a major improvement in the quality of their optics but they still havn't entered into the same arena as some other manufacturers as I see it.

True they are not leupold in that regard. If they were, there stuff would be overpriced also. It's a compromise.
At least they retain there value reasonably well.
