Is this a Barrett REC7 barrel?

Got this in a parts lot several years ago. Marked BFMI 6.8 x 43 SPC so I assume to be Barrett? The gas port is 1.60 forward of journal base so not for standard gas block. Chamber/bore also appear to be chrome lined. Is this a REC7 barrel?

Nobody? I've been trying to figure out what to do with this for years. Looks like it would simple enough to make a spacer and use regular gas block but don't need another 6.8.
