Looking to upgrade the barrel on my daughter's RimX to a Shilen Select Match Ratchet. Knowing a bunch of you old bench rest guys like to hold onto gear, I'm hoping to get lucky and find a barrel out in the wild. Goal is to not have to wait 21 months like the last time I ordered a Shilen barrel.
Best case scenario for what I'm looking for is a new, unused, 28" blank @ 1.100" straight
Next best I'm hoping to find, is a used RimX pre-cut 24-26" finished 1.100" Straight or heavy MTU
3rd place is any Shilen Select Match Ratchet that I can turn into a finished 24-26" RimX barrel
Barrel will go to a good cause, a slightly spoiled 17 year old getting ready to head to college.
