    Congressman Glen Grothman

I’ve been emailing his office the last couple months on the anti gun issues that have been coming up in Congress lately. Specifically the anti suppressor stuff. Every time I send a new email I make sure to note whether I’ve been contacted regarding my previous emails. It lets them know I’m keeping track.

Well, I actually received a call and voicemail from his Washington DC office today. The guy stated that he has made Glen aware of how I stand and that he will be siding with me on these issues and all other legislation that further infringes on our 2nd amendment. He offered to further discuss these issues with me and gave me the number to call him back on.

Over the years I’ve received a few return emails and I’ve actually talked with Grothman for about an hour one night at an event that we were at. We discussed work visas and gun rights and the local economy. He looks like a putts but is a decent guy really. I’ve nevrr checked up on how he’s actually voted but as Congress critters go, I think he is legitimately on our side.

I will be calling them back and further explain my/our stance on the Bill of Rights. I’ll offer to take him to my private range and experience what a real Life suppressor looks and sounds like. Might work, might not.

It might not be a world changing thing, but it’s a start.

I’m aware it’s public. I generally don’t have a ton of time to devote to it though. Looked at some recent stuff... does this mean he voted to impeach Trump?

no, he voted to stop talking about impeachment.

table, motion to - A senator may move to table any pending question. The motion is not debatable, and agreement to the motion is equivalent to defeating the question tabled. The motion is used to dispose quickly of questions the Senate does not wish to consider further. from https://www.senate.gov/reference/glossary_term/table_motion_to.htm

at least you are writing them a lot of people only complain about the anti gun laws being passed never taking the time either as a group or as an individual to let there voice be heard . sadly the left is good at this they wine , and pout , and stomp there feet till someone out of desperation listens to them then they get there way .

Mine is less whining and pouting and more of threatening... I see and talk to a really large number of people in his district. I don’t know if he actually remembers me in person, but it wouldn’t be good for him if I were to want people to vote against him.
