I used to think that J-H but when I see them ordered to back off on protecting rally attendees in California and other citys after being ordered by a Party member leaving them to be assaulted by ANTIFA, I can see how they can/are be turned easily. POlice forces in the US are run by party members, Dem and Repub party members, Party loyalty of these people is much higher than loyalty to the Constitution.

And in that vein, there are 535 persistent problems that have caused the infection the US has now... many of that number are long term repeat infections. That's what I see is the biggest problem we face, followed by what you have laid out.
