ITW Fast Mag question

Anybody use them?

Wanted to Order a set of 2 for ThunderRanch next month.

I would get the 308 (heavy) belt- style.

I use the 5.56 version and can't think of anything that is better suited to CQB style work. I carried them on my entry vest for two years.

I have no experience with the 308 version. I wasn't even aware they exist. I was planning on ordering a set of the pistol version.

I like the ITW mag pouches and have used them for a couple of years. With that said, I obtained some of the HSGI TACOs a few months back and I have been really happy with them. I can just leave them on my belt (I run an armored belt) and use them for whatever platform I am running. Worth a look.

Several years ago, I modified some original FastMags for AICS-308 magazines ... I thought they worked pretty well.

I'm guessing the newer FastMags (actually designed for 308) would work even better.
