I've tried all this stuff at one point oer another and never had any trouble getting it up or keeping it up the night after I used it , I train around 4pm and by 9-10 pm had no ill effects , though I generally never took any of them more than 1-2 days.
I find having a little meal an hr and a half before training then just thinking about what I need to do is motivation enough for me. I can't focuse on what I'm feeling when I use a preworkout sup , give my muscles a false sense of size and strength and I personally think their is alot to be said for having a good mind to muscle conection , focus on what the exercise is doing
for me needing a preworkout sup to get me in the mood is like saying I need to watch porn when I have a hot woman standing in front of me
