I have one but have not had a lot of time to test it out as yet. It is extremely well built and a touch on the heavy side. I would suggest adding the barrel tensioner option to help fine tune accuracy. I haven't checked in on the thread over on the M14 Forum but last I looked order to delivery was running minimum 15-18 months.
I ordered mine in February of last year and am still waiting. They are a small shop, and apparently had to deal with a fire and retooling to make the 3rd generation of the stock.
Folks who have them seem to love them. There is a thread in the equipment section from a guy in Canada who has the rem700 version of their stock that you may want to check out. The wait on that stock is also something like 15 - 18 months.
I have one of their very first Gen 1 stocks and I ordered a Gen 3 in November 2011. At the time of order Lisa quoted about a year.
With the experience on my first order I know it will be here... eventually. I'm in no rush.
I have no quality gripes with my Gen 1 stock. The only ergonomic issue I had with the Gen 1 is that even with all the spacers out the LOP is still a little longer than I'd like (this was addressed in the Gen 2 & 3.) Functionally, the problem is that with my particular LRB M25 receiver and Gen 1 stock fitup there is no tension on the barrel and accuracy isn't consistent. It will group in one spot then shift and group in another. If I wedge some shims under the front ferrule to apply a little tension to the barrel everything works great until the shims work loose. I ordered the Gen 3 with the barrel tensioner and that should cure the inconsistent POI issue. IMO if you order a JAE M1A stock without the tensioner you're probably going to have an accuracy issue.
I have no doubt the Gen 3 I receive will be of excellent quality-- that has never been a concern of mine with JAE. The biggest gripes always seem to be lead times and for some, weight. I'm looking forward to the Gen 3 with barrel tensioner (hopefully) fixing the inconsistent accuracy I've been chasing with my M25 and I'm also looking forward to the new slimmer/lighter design of the Gen 3 compared to my current Gen 1.
I have a little bet running with myself... I expect the 6.5 CM GAP-10 that I ordered last week will arrive before my G3 JAE stock.
