Are you on facebook? If so, check out "Wisconsin Precision Rifle Steel Challenge" and "Border War Rifle Series"...assuming you don't already shoot matches in both of those series. Lots of good guys, I don't know a ton that shoot JAE chassis but there are a few that might be able to meet up.
