Gunsmithing Jewell Trigger install?

Install was pretty easy (Rem 700), however, on certain occasions during rapid bolt manipulation the firing pin doesn't catch and goes forward as I close the bolt. Any suggestions?

Read and follow the adjustment procedure.

I have three of these and if I set the sear engagement and overtravel to close they will do it. Give it a little more engagement first, I think the middle screw, I would need to do the same, get out the instructions! It doesn't take much either.

Imagine that, I read and then followed the instructions. Now it's rock solid, nice and light to

. Took me about 15 minutes. Needed a little more sear engagement was all, thanks for the input fellas.
