I shoot a lot of JLK's in .223 and .308. In my experience they don't like to jump, and they love speed. Don't get hung up on BC: compare, using your ballistics program, two bullets at the same velocity, one with a BC of .615 and the other .620. Not much difference, right? As was said above, the advantage of the lighter bullet with roughly the same BC is that you can push it faster. And that's where you gain, big-time. Seat JLK's to the lands and start them there. In good barrels the JLK's I have tried are better than Scenars, meaning that they take less wind and score better on target when shot at the same velocity.
