It's known Podesta blackmailed him (with what I have no idea) to vote Yes on Obamacare. Thats basically a commonly known thing which also shows just how corrupt with a lack of any consequences society we live in.
There's been talk of him having illegally adaopted children, and just recently his name came up on the Epstein flight log. I wonder if those two things have something in common with each other.

Roberts has never been a real conservative and nowhere remotely a Constitutionalist/Originalist, and has always been a middle road voter. To think this is something recent is proof people haven't been paying attention.
Check his voting record, he votes in the majority over 90% of the time. He’s a crowd follower and a populist jurist with no true regard to the Constitution. He refuses to tackle difficult Constitution cases, that’s why no 2A cases has come across the court in the last decade because he would be seen for who he really is to all. Same reason Obama never really went after a AWB, he didn’t have the electoral support and he only wanted to protect his political career.
A couple of weeks ago, unless there was another time several years ago that went un reported!
The definition of the swing justice is the one who decides with the majority the most, because they’re the “5” on all the 5-4 decisions. Given the current makeup of the court, he’s the swing. Doesn’t necessarily make him a populist, depending on how you define that word.
