CNY has been gloomy and wet way more than most days the last month. I guess we're getting a milder version of the real troubles the Lower 48 have been subjected to of late. We've seen two or three afternoons this 'Spring' that went over 72.
Basic planting instructions say we don't put anything outdoors until after Memorial Day. Some years, the frost comes back before the beefy tomatos ripen.
