This son deserves not only to be free again, but also a medal for doing the job that he knew the justice system wouldn't do and saved the tax payers money.

Hopefully he gets released. Seems to be a common thing now (NY for example) to charge the guy who stops the crime or who does what everyone wants to see done to someone who commits this kind of act.

Let him tell his story to a Jury. I’ll bet he walks. At very least this should be a voluntary manslaughter charge. Not 1st degree murder
