Stick to known quantities for base/rings.
Badger, arc, seekins, high end vortex (seekins) tps, near, egw, nightforce, sphur.
Burris is chineese made junk like the cheaper vortex. leoupold and even warne makes a bunch of trash. Both are local and I have installed thousands of base/ring scope combos and it's clear which works and which doesn't.
Poorly made bases and reciecers are the biggest issue and why you need to bed the rail if it's needed.
Most people just torque it down which knocks everything out of true and is responsible for lots of internal optic issues due to binding and uneven clamping pressure
