Kestrel 4500 ab bt question

Other than using less gear, is there an advantage to using the applied ballistics version kestrel over a bt kestrel linked to the shooter ap? Is my thinking off here? Seems like shooter is way more user friendly than the ab kestrel as far as setting up load profiles.

Setting up a profile is super easy on an AB Kestrel. The benefit of just using the AB Kestrel is now you have "one" device running instead of using two. An additional benefit is the ruggedness of the Kestrel and the long battery life. Pair that with the AB ballistic solver, and that's a winning combination.
