Kilo 2400 APP not allowing me to sync

Anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue? I am using a Samsung Galaxy s9+ and a Note 20. I downloaded the sig 2400 app and tried to sync to my Kilo 2400. The app goes to a blank white screen and stays there. I can hit back and it goes to the main menu but i cant even look for my device. Any fixes?

when the 2400abs app has stopped working for me when trying to sync a profile or update, i have had to reboot the phone.
acts like the application stays "open" or resident in memory so you just go back to the same thing unless restart the device.

I cant even get that far because i cant even connect to the device. Its brand new and wont let me connect. The screen i get when hitting the bluetooth sign on the App leads me to a blank white screen.
 
one tip once you are connected.
on the phone and HUD screen, go into settings and set sleep time to 180 or max while you are syncing and testing it out.
this will be less annoying and you can go back to a shorter time to save batteries later.
