KMW Tactical Bolt Knob

I've been considering having one of these installed on my LTR. Anyone not familiar with them can see the information on them here:

My question is... Is there anything else I should do before having this installed? Is there anything that I can't do after having this done that I should get done first, or am I OK to do this and don't close the door on anything..

I've not had my action blueprinted or anything and was considering waiting on that until I replaced the barrel.

It can be installed at any point, wont affect any additional smithing down the road.
