kroil

Kroil is good stuff ........ an old bench rest shooter's dream and they always mixed it with shooter's choice to get under any build up and remove it.

I love Microil also made by Kano Labs, been using it for at least 15 years. Doesn't have the same strong Kroil/Hoppe's #9 smell, but is a fantastic lubricating oil that penetrates into very tight spaces and will not gum up. Works great on firearms, tools, fishing equipment, and just about anything else that deserves a fine lubricant.

[/h] Precision Instrument Lubricant - Resists Gumming

Super refined - precision instrument oil. For lubricating delicate bearings, gauges, meters, clocks, typewriters, guns, etc. Effective at -50 degrees F. Will not gum or congeal even after extended use. Resists evaporation, requires less frequent application.
