Rifle Scopes Kudos to Premier Reticles

Recently purchased my third PR scope from a Hide member and although it seemed perfect, since it was an older model, decided to return it to PR for an inspection and upgrades as needed.

Even though they are really busy with the production of the new 1-8s, they took in my scope, completely inspected it, upgraded the toggles to the new larger ones, polished the lens and had it back to me in less than two weeks all at no cost.

Once again, Paul L and Chris have taken care of me.

Many thanks to a first class operation who are customer oriented.

That's funny as I know a few shooters that have been trying to get someone to answer the phone there for weeks and haven't been able to get a live body. Minor scope issues, but still require service nonetheless.

I'll be puting the CS to the test as I have an older model that I am having coated right now...then sending it in for inspection.

I tried three days to get in contact with PH to ask questions about their scopes. No luck.
