Night Vision KVC / KAC dual bridge adjustment

Can you move the 2 mounts independent of each other?

I would like to get the skeet back a little farther but leave the 14 alone.

I addressed this with the adjustment that’s in the obverse shoe mount for the PVS 14 (hope I said that right).
