Kydex or stock pack riser?

I am in need of some additional height on my Tikka and am trying to decide between adding a Kydex bolt on or a stock pack with additional foam. I don't need any storage in the rear as this will be going on my hunting rifle. I am tending to lean toward the Kydex due to it being out in the rain & snow but I would imagine that the stock pad riser would be more comfortable.

For those who have used both what would you recommend?

Kydex all the way, adjustable if anyone else ever shoots the rifle, tougher, and can add a something like a Weibad pad if you want it to be more comfortable. I've had experience with both styles on several rifles.

I have a stock pack on my Tikka 22-250, and kydex on my Tikka 223. I definitely prefer the kydex between the two.
