Kydex shot gun shell holder

Wanted a cleaner look than the stock pouches. Here is what I came up with.

First I got an ATI shell holder.
Formed the kydex with a recess for the rivets so they didn't scratch the stock.
Put it all together

Any pics on forming the kydex to the stock??

No. I just used a heat gun and did it by hand. I used a small piece of metal between the stock and kydex to get the raised part
