L/A Surgeon DBM Availability

I've search and scowered the interwebs for a supplier for a L/A DBM by Surgeon. I'm almost rounds complete with amassing the parts for a 300WM build I'm working on- and am missing the final piece. I have a T4A that was inletted for the Surgeon DBM. So- where can I find one? If I can't, is there another option (Badger, etc) that may fit the given inlet? Thanks in advance!
