Looking for training ideas for an upcoming training block. I have formats I've used in the past but very interested in other L.E. sniper teams training format. I'm looking for reality based scenarios (shoot/no shoot) which can be well documented in our training file (i.e. incident description & location, date & time, outcome, if possible...distance of engagement, etc.) Also, interested in great stress shoot drills.
