Rifle Scopes Larue OBR mount Simrad Pic rail ???

I have a few OBR mounts that I'd love to have a pic rail on top of the forward ring like a Simrad mount. Does Larue offer that?? It's a 34mm ringed mount if that matters!!

Anybody!!!! I know Badger makes some rings with the rail on top but I'd rather stick to my Larue mounts!!
