I picked up one of these to put on my new SCAR 17s and all I can say is forget Milet and falcon. The Leatherwood CMR is one sweet scope for the money. I read several reviews before buying and the hype is correct on this one. I have not sighted it in yet, but if the reticle holds true (BDC for .308) Ill be buying more of these. So far the glass is first class and the clicks adjustments work very well. Like other's have said it has way more quality that a $250 scope. I am surprised these are not way more. Im sure this is going to give the new vortex PST a real challenge.

Just my two cents if anyone was wondering about this scope or a good 1-4x scope. No the 1X is not a true 1x, but it is alot closer than others I have looked through. Not enough difference to bother me esp for the price. And SWFA had it on my door in 2 days from ordering online. I was shocked.

Ditto on that.
I purchased one four months ago for my Mini (please guys- I know it's tough- but refrain from the Mini comments) and it's held up great to the punishment the Mini delivers that knocks the crosshairs out of lesser scopes. Zero-lock works great, glass is crystal-clear edge to edge. Clicks are solid- only "fault" I can place is that the adjustments are 1/2 MOA- I'd like to see 1/4 (LOL- not that it matters for my Mini- but other guns would benefit!)
Our range has night shooting and the illuminated reticle is def great to shoot with under those conditions.

Gotta admit with my 50 year old eyes that one MOA dot is tough to place at 100 bulls sometimes- but if your vision is good enough, the scope will deliver. Haven't had a chance to check out the etched BDC reticle at longer ranges yet- but I hear it's dead on.
