Re: LeBron gets $25000 fine

James makes $15,779,912/year as regular salary.
This season he is averaging 37.7 minutes per game.
There are 82 games in the regular season, so he plays 37.7 x 82 = 3091.4 minutes per season.

$15,779,912 / 3091.4 = $5,104.4549 per minute.

$25,000 / $5104.4549 = 4.8976826

He paid his fine with just under five minutes of court time.

What?
It's cold as fuck, the roads are buried with snow and ice, and I'm bored.

Re: LeBron gets $25000 fine

Now, I don't really follow basketball, or many sports a whole lot, but I tend to see this a little differently than most. I've been paying attention to Lebron since he was in high school. He was hyped up to be some superstart basketball player. People talked about how he was just a troublemaker and would never amount to anything. I will give the guy credit for coming into the NBA at 18 years old, being a dominate player, living up to the hype, and all while keeping a level head and being totally humble. I don't know many people who could do that. (Kobe is a great example of how not to handle it)

Now while I won't stand up for what he did but c'mon, he really felt he was fouled, he's very passionate about his game, he was called on it, and he swiped some cups off the water cooler. You can't tell me that no one else here has ever had a reaction worse than that to something that pissed them off.
