Lefties with 10/22 suppressed

I was looking at getting a 10/22, but was wondering if it would blow all kinds of crap in my face if I shoot it suppressed as a lefty.

Anyone has some experience with this?

Lefty here. Unless you are doing 25 round mag dumps, it won't be a problem. It's also ammo dependent to an extent, since some are dirtier than others.

Every now and then I'd get a little but nothing to worry about. A lot less when compared to shooting a pistol suppressed

I've never had any problems but if you're especially sensitive you can make up a deflector with tape or plastic.

I can't remember who makes them, at one time I ran across full machined lefty receivers with integral rail. I wish I would have bought one when I ran across those.

Wouldn't a left-hand receiver require the magazine to be changed too? While I've never seen a true left-hand receiver, you can get a left-hand charging receiver:

I'm not sure on that. I thought it was tactical solutions that had those lefty . receivers, I couldn't find them yesterday. Ill have to look in the bookmarks on the computers. I would at least like a left charge I may have to get one of those.
