I’ve got a buddy who’s a MARSOC sniper.... he was able to get me a pair of counter sniper calipers that measure in MILRAD and MOA

I have the newer generation of those; they are digital for nightvision use.

Just got back from a 3 day shoot myself.

On pdogs, I'd skip the ranging reticle and use a laser rangefinder. Dogs vary in size, especially if the pups are out. Also, while a few will pose for you, many are half in the hole or crawling about. The farther out they are, the more readings I take).
