Police have arrested 31-year-old Marcus Johnson on a first-degree murder charge, according to the Denver Post. Johnson reportedly told investigators that his neighbor had attacked him earlier in the day, and the two men met near the high school to settle their dispute over a parking spot. According to ABC 7 in Denver, the feud between Cunningham and Johnson had been ongoing.

Never allow a tragedy to go to waste...

Any story with a gun involved, even if it is a legally justified good shoot, WILL be used by the disarmament crowd to paint guns as the ultimate menace to society.

Because the disarmament crowd is only about one thing, and one thing only...civilian disarmament. Us civvies owning guns do not serve the State's purpose in any way.

If the murder weapon in this story had been a knife or a vehicle, it might not have even made it into the news. Something about casinos hating people who use little USB-things would have taken the article's space on the site.

The gun ban agenda is huge, and it rears it's ugly head in a multitude of ways. This is just one of them.

It's about as plain a case of pre meditated murder as your could ask to prosecute, even with a willing victim! Had the two decided to fist fight it out, it would've been considered mutual combat. One of the two went there with a gun and apparently ready to kill the other....

Apparently these were two educated adults, yet one of them ends up dead over a parking space. I just don't get how you can be THAT stupid.
