I have searched until my brain hurts (admitedly, this doesn't take much).

Is this scope available with .1 mrad turrets?
Can Premier maybe convert them?

I like the scope and the price point is a little better than the Nightforce NXS F1 3.5X15X50 @ $2290 on sale at Optics Planet. But, I would like the matching reticle/knobs.

June . . . if you're on the current waiting list. If not, it'll most likely be longer. It really depends on the model however. I've heard that rumor only on the 1-4x and the 4-16x. I'm not sure about the 6-24x.

Is there anything WRONG with the Leupold? I have always been impressed with the glass in the past. As long as I can get the mil/mil then what am I missing with the Leupold that I would get with the Vortex?

Not trying to be a smarta$$, just curious. I have never looked through a Vortex scope. Whats so great about it?

Nothing wrong with Leupold, except the price. Again, I'm going to be patient and see how the Vortex PSTs work out. They seem to be a great company, so I'll give them a chance.

Dont grab any Mk4 if you find a deal on the M1 turrets like I did. The one I wanted done the LRT 6.5-20x M1 cant be converted to the M5 knobs. Check with Leupold before you buy.

Just a heads up.

I would go through cstactical. He advertises the scope I want with the M5 knobs from the factory.

I tend to avoid buying used glass. I had bad experiences both times I did before. Although they were scopes of a much more run of the mill nature.

And it's not that I am independently wealthy, because I am not. But I have the patience of Job when I must have.

ETA This is not a 'have to have it now' situation either. I work a lot and rarely take off. Plenty of time to save money and determine what I really want.

Do I want the $1800 Leupold, or the $2500 Night Force, or do I want the $3700 Zeiss Hensoldt.
