I have one on my AR, but mine is the illuminated version with the M2 Turrets, w/zero stop, Leupold SKU# 112633. Sure, I would have preferred it was a MIL/MIL instead of a compromise MIL/MOA, but this scopes primary function by me was intended to be used as a point and shoot scope out to 200 yds, on less than max power, using reticle holds on 8x from 200yds on out to 550 yds. and only dialing between 550 and 800 yds. 800 yds for me with the 5.56mm and 77gr bullet it has reached it's maximum utility.
Since dialing for range will only be used infrequently, matching turrets to reticle were not my first priority, but rather I wanted a bold illuminated Mil based SFP reticle and that was considered to be a greater asset in selecting this scope. But mate this scope on a rifle and cartridge with more reach, then MIL/MOA would be a liability, and MIL/MIL preferred over low power reticle utility.
This scope as configured it works well for it's rather narrow intended purpose in my hands, with this cartridge. It just all depends on your application and needs and how you intend to use it.
