Rifle Scopes Leupold MK4 Reticle Focus

MK4 3.5X10 M3 40MM

Does anyone know what the factory settings are for the eyepiece focus is? For example Nightforce's was something like "starting from turned all the way clockwise; turn 3 full turns counter clockwise"

2nd Question - Does anyone retail the M3 turrets? Mine only came with the .308 and I would like to use the .223.
