Leupold new prs reticle street price

near impossible to find these scopes outside of retail, I have had one for 2 years now. Only issue is that on the first rifle I had it on the windage was always 1/2 click off at a hundred yards. It is ok on another rifle. Nice scope but a Vortex will adjust that 1/2 click out.
Considering the street price vs MSRP of the 3.6-18 that could be a deal.
Is this price due to a $$ cap in PRS rules like the $2500 rifle cap for factory class or what ever they call it? I don't shoot PRS so I dont know.

I wish more manufacturer's would invest in new reticles. Especially now when R&D may be prohibitive, manufacturer's ought to be looking at how they can enhance existing products with new reticles, I would think this would be a low cost ROI item.
How come these won’t show on their website? Especially for $2k, when lowest Mk5 is $2599, curious to order in future.

I just spoke to Chris from Leupold’s sales division. According to him, the Mk 5 with PR2 reticle is not on the website. He could not give a specific date when that would happen but said it would be in the upcoming weeks and the option to purchase would be then.

It seems rather un intuitive... Like an MOA reticle that's trying to be a mil reticle.
It's a shame, the rest of it looks really well done.
.3 would be nearer to MOA... But seeing how a fellow competitor designed this I bet it was because one half mil wasn't enough and .2 is to much...
It's a good thing we have lots of options. I never had an issue holding in between .2 hashes for that extra .1 mil.
