Does anyone own or have experience with an LMT supressor yet?

I have an LMT MWS in 6.5 Creedmoor and the guys over at Mile High Shooting suggested an OSS supressor for it due to the LMT being over gassed. I have read the descriptions of the new LMT supressors, which claim to do a lot of what the OSS do, but real world reports seem to be in short supply on both forums and You Tube.

Any Knowledgable input would be much appreciated.

Love LMT, but their .308 can is around 2.5 lbs (40 oz) from what I had heard around it’s release. That turned me off. I believe the new OSS is half that at sub-20oz.

Got a question...... I have a can in my .22 lr and it is great with any subsonic ammo (1116 fps.) When I put any super sonic ammo in my gun, I may as well not even have a can. How much good is a can on any .223, .308 etc.??

Enough to prevent hearing damage. They aren’t quiet like a subsonic .22 is going to be. The tone on the .30 cal can of mine is nicer on my ears than a supersonic crack with my .22 can.

Is your .30 cal. going super sonic? My brother wants a can for a 9mm or .45 and his will be quiet. I rarely shoot anything super sonic. For accuracy shooting, I like to use SK red, yellow or SK long range.
Below is my V22 Vudoo in .22lr. ..... it's really nice.

Yes, the .308 is SS. The sound from the .308 can is more of a thump than a crack with the .22lr. It obviously wouldn’t be ideal for indoor shooting, but outside in a field, I don’t need ears with my TBAC U7 and I always did with a SS .22lr round. The tone is a personal preference of what’s comfortable for me to hear repetitively.
