Load development .308win Hawkhill 1:10.

My 308 is a 10tw Hawk Hill done up by SAC. I haven't found anything that doesn't shoot well which can be attributed to the gunsmith but out of the 5 HawkHills I've had/ have they've all been the least drama so I keep buying them. Right now I'm shooting 178gr Hornady HPBT and 175gr Barnes LRX with Peterson Brass and Varget, I've also tried 168, 175, and 180gr SMK, 155gr Nosler CC, 180gr Nosler Etips, 185gr Berger Hybrids, and 208 Eld -M's.

Just bought some 208 eld-m’s. To get inside my AI mag is about 0.100” jump. Was yours the same? Im using Lapua Brass. BR-2 primers and Varget. What was your load with Varget on that bullet. Give me an idea of where to start and work up to. Do you recall group sizes with the 208’s. Thanks. Gary
