Looking at the 30p-1 and the 30cb9. I'm trying to determine if I want a direct thread on or one with the brake. I'm looking for a suppressor to run on my 308, 6.5cm and ar. So it will see a number of rounds a year. I know it says almost indefinite if used accordingly, but is also says that with the brake it will help them last longer. Just trying to find out if 10k rounds would be possible or more.

Sorry I don't have even a close round count but I do similar to what you are planning. I use my 30-p1 on my 300wm 22-250 rem 700 223 my rock river 223 and my new England arms 223 And have had ZERO issues with it my only complaint is I wish I had went suppressed 15 yrs ago!!

There is something to be said for the brake being an easily replaceable "sacraficial baffle" for the can, that said, I know a lot of guys running 30p1's with a LOT of rounds through them with no problems to date. I'd be absolutely shocked if there was any real significant degredation in 10K rounds of regular use (not excessively short barrels for caliber/excessively hot magnum loadings)
