Sidearms & Scatterguns looking for custom made Kabar

Some years ago, I met a fellow at the Soldier of Fortune 3-gun match who made custom kabar type knives out of really good stainless steel. Although they had the basic profile of the factory Kabar, they were thicker, and had a nice antiqued, pitted finish to them. Also, you could order them in other lengths, and I saw a really nice 8" model that he made.

I can't remember his name, and am hoping someone here is familiar with his work and can provide his name.

I found out that his name was Don Mount. Unfortunately, he passed away on November 6, 2009. Boy, he sure made some gorgeous knives.. Rest in Peace.
