looking for Spotter+Rangefinder Tripod Head/Mount

Looking for a mount that can place my rangefinder and spotter on the same tripod. I have seen pics of them but cannot find one anywhere. Any ideas?

Here was my solution (posted earlier in the optics section).
The standard Ray-Vin Eclipse with the center pole modified to mount a ballhead.

I've got my Geovids mounted in the photo, but it's set up for the Swaro rangefinder as well.
I prefer the Acratech ballhead to the Manfrotto grip action as it seems to stay in place more precisely.
