It’s been a week or more since reading about a smokin’ sale on Vortex scopes. (looking for HD AMG) I remember reading about it on the hide but can’t remember exactly where it was. Now that I have the money I can’t seem to locate the sale. (If it’s still going)

Thanks for any help you can give!

^^^ What @gr8fuldoug said. You may be thinking about a flash sale (3 hours long) Scott @LibertyOptics had in late September. I got a Razor2 4.5-27x56 then. Scott does these every so often - but if you're ready to buy, do yourself a favor and call him.

It's cool to note that Scott and Doug are competitors - but they refer customers to one another to insure said customer finds what he/she wants.

Scott is a great guy who puts customer service at the forefront of his business.

Don't get me wrong, if Camera Land has what you want/need it's always our pleasure to work with you, however, if it is something we cannot assist you with we're always glad to refer you to someone that we know will take excellent care of you in a similar manner that we would.

Part of being a supporting vendor here is to not always make a sale but to assist you in getting what you're looking for and making sure you're treated right doing so.

Will reach out to Scott. Going on my list of of folks to check with before buying any optics are Doug and Scott.

That's customer service! Taking care of someone even if it means referring them to another vendor. Bravo Doug!
I will say that @LibertyOptics has some great Vortex pricing. Just ordered a Gen2 4.5-27.

Just contact Scott over at Liberty optics. Black Friday sales are the dealer giving the consumer a deal, not the mfg giving the dealer a better price. I am sure Scott will hook you up any day you call him
