This is why Trump didn't pardon him. If he was pardoned, the 'guilt' sticks and the liklihood of winning a civil case is probably nil. But with everything that has come out (and more to come) this is going to be a very winnable civil suit.

Lots of precedent on this. Randy Weaver got 3.1Mil in 1995ish. Richard Jewell won several suits, including against the media. There are many, many, many more. The sad part is that the taxpayer will have to pay them. But in the big picture... the left has spent hundreds of millions on their 'coup.' A few mil to make General Flynn and his family at least financially whole... is worth every penny. He will never have his four years back. Four years. Can you imagine the hell and pressure? All done because haters in our government could not accept that we smelly WalMart shoppers could be allowed to pick a President we liked... and their chosen Queen lost.

Flynn is a casualty of war. We say the Cold War is over. It's not. It never ended. It's just that the visible enemy, the USSR and the East Bloc toppled. But the roots of their ideology simply went into finance, and academia, and government, and bureaucracies, and lawfirms, and DoJ, and banking and every other place where they could push their ideology. Let's hope that Gen. Flynn doesn't remain a casualty. That he comes out fighting and winning. He is one of 'our' martyrs. The left is trying to create another Kent State or another Boston Massacre... A bloody TV event that they can rally around. Which is the best reason for restraint and just sitting back and watching their antics and laughing at them. Statues can be re-built. I do not believe Flynn was a casualty of this war. I believe he was bait. He is what FUSAG was to the invasion of Normandy. Which was to convince the enemy of one thing, while something entirely different was true. The attack on Flynn will be their downfall. While they were targeting Flynn, Trump was invading and exposing the #DeepState.

PS If you remember, Patton was the commander of FUSAG. When he was freed he then led the break out of Normandy with an end around into the heart of France. Then on to Germany. I wait to see if a freed Flynn does the same to the #DeepState.

Very well said. However, Trump had little to do with the lack of a pardon. General Flynn told me a few months ago that a pardon was the last thing he wanted. He wanted vindication so that he would have a clear record and have a future. He said verbatim..."Remember me in 2024".
