Ok guys here is a odd issue, I pulled my rifle out of the Safe today to head to the range and doing some pre checking, found my parallax is not working. The knob is very easy to turn , but does not feel loose, if that makes sense, Bushnell 3.5-21X50 HDMR, worked fine a few weeks ago.
Has anyone ever had this issue? I have searched the web and found no info. I have called Bushnell and they are sending a return shipping label for repairs. I hate to be without it for 3-4 weeks.
Thanks in advance
Phil

They will fix. Linkage between the side focus knob and the lens group that moves inside the tube broke. The most common cause of this is when the front ring happens right over the spot where the lens group moves and is a little overtightened so it binds it. Some scopes are more susceptible to it than others, but it can happen to many different designs.

Or it could be some latent defect in the materials. This stuff happens sometimes and the manufacturers know how to deal with it.
