Rifle Scopes Low profile pic rail mount for Docter?

Just got my Docter 7moa red dot in for my Buckmark today. The sight is great but the pic rail mount I ordered from SWFA with the sight is less than desirable for a handgun. Probably great on a long gun, but the mount adds too much bulk and too much height over bore. Just wondering what else is out there, at a reasonable price?

I'm no expert on these or the mounts but from my brief research to mount a burris fastfire on a pmr-30, the pic mount you show is the only option I've seen to mount them on a rail. They do make mounts specific to each gun that I believe are made to fit into the rear sight cut, maybe browning offers one for your buckmark?

I have this one on my ruger mark III, it sits pretty low

as far as I know the doctor and fastfire use the same mounting holes
