Lower for AR-15 *CA*

I need a bare lower for a AR-15, I have everything else

in DPMS. I just need a Commiefornia LEGAL lower so I can get my AR up and running. So far it will be a standard .223 20 inch heavy barrel flat top. Can anybody suggest one brand over another? I have found the "off list" list but I do not know jack about any of the makes on the list. Anyone out there run an AR for long range?

I know what I need to make it compliant, I just do not know about any of the makers of the off list recievers. I have only had experance with Bushmaster, Colt and DPMS and none of these are legal in this Fu*&ed up state.

I have a CMMG on a carbine build, and a Sun Devil billet on a LaRue upper. Both seem solid.

My buddy has a couple of Stag's and loves them. Rock river is good as well.
