Rifle Scopes LWRC REPR 16"

What scope under 1000 would be best in your opinion and why, for this gun for 600yrds plus? I have 2 AR15s one YHM15 set up with the Aimpoint PRO and a LMT 16" with the Burris MTAC 1.5-6x 42. Thanks

1. Because you can get it used for around $1k.
2. It is great 5-25x scope for $1k.
3. It has a transferable lifetime warranty.
4. It’s a “Steiner”
5. It wasn’t made in China or the Philippines

There are probably more reasons...

But I’m sure there are other great options for $1000 or less.

I have been impressed with all my Steiners. Best in class glass, according to my eye's anyhow.

Glass does okay compared to my Militarys, but the turrets are other-worldly. Turning the elevation is like sex.

I do like T5Xi turrets, but if they are like sex... you are doing it wrong.

That's a lot of mag for that gun.... I have a 4-16x42 ATACR on my REPR and I believe that to be perfect mag range; if my eyes were younger I would say a 1-8 would be perfect. I had a T5Xi 5-25 and was less than impressed with the glass.
