Gunsmithing M pro 7 users... thoughts please

given that the company claims one of the values of the product is that conditions the metal through pore penetration for longer standing benefits.... my old practices with shooters choice was to dry patch several times to push out residual cleaner... is that advisable with this cleaner, or should it be left in?
 
i was curious as well so i did a little search, there are a series of Brownells videos showing the various M Pro7 products such as the bore cleaner and the cleaner. They discuss both use and product characteristics. It sounds to me like it's ok to leave a light coat of the bore cleaner in as it is considered a cleaner and protector but they do state that the cleaner is not a lubricant.

you might want to take a peak at the videos just in case but i'm pretty sure that's what they're advocating
