Gunsmithing M40 Commemorative suggestion

I do like the quality on the stock bottom metal, so I am looking for suggestion for good quality direct replacement for the bottom metal on the Rem M40 Commemorative.

Check with Williams. I believe theirs should be a drop in.

I don't understand why people mess with an M40 commemorative.. they only make so many of them so I'd leave it as is..

PT&G have steel bottom metal thats very good, I used it on my M40 clone
