Just thinking about options, Trying to keep it light weight, ergo I'm not looking at the usual go to Magpul Pss
Anyone tried one on a chassis? I do need a way of adjusting cheek weld and this is an option. Other suggestions besides the good ole CTR? I also like supporting an Israeli company. It's going on an MDT LSS....

i had this exact setup and i doubt it will work unless u are a smaller person...problem i found (with me @ 6'5 and another shooter at 6'1) was with the stock extended to a comfortable LOP the cheek riser was too far back and our cheeks hit the front edge of the riser and it was really uncomfortable...also during recoil the stock absorbed it well and u could fell the spring mech inside working but it just didnt feel solid like i like on a bolt gun and made it more difficult to handle recoil (think bouncy)...i wanted to stay away from the PRS also for weight and also tried the mako sr25 sniper stock but it made the LOP REALLY long with the added spacer from MDT for fixed stocks...i now have a PRS on it and it fits just right...actually the rifle balances well with my 20" varmint contour

I also have one on a brand new set up that i havent shot yet. I got it for all the same reasons you mentioned. Im 6'3 and have found my line of sight is perfect with the riser all the way down. At least i have it if i ever need it. Like wolf22, i cant charge the gun with the stock collapsed. Im going to steal his, idea of shortening it.
